Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, courses, webinars and coaching sessions provided by Ash Perrow, PIA Evolution and Creative Freedom Coaching (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in any offer, you agree to the following:
1. Services Covered
This agreement applies to:
- 1:1 Coaching Sessions
- Group Coaching Programs
- Digital Courses and Workshops
- Webinars and Challenges
- Memberships or Recurring Programs
2. Access and Use
All purchases are for individual use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Partner access may be granted for co-founders, couples, employees, VAs. Unrelated parties are not permitted unless pre-approved. Email hello@piaevolution.com to gain approval.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made via approved gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc). There may be the option to choose:
- A one-time payment
- A monthly instalment plan
- A recurring subscription (e.g. for memberships)
If payment fails or is cancelled, access to services will be paused until resolved.
Ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via email before the next billing cycle.
4. Refunds & “Love it or Leave it” Policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction window for courses and group programs.
To request a refund, email hello@piaevolution.com within 14 days of purchase.
Include your full name, email, date of purchase, and program name.
Refunds are not available for completed 1:1 coaching sessions or beyond the 14-day period.
Refunds will not be processed for failure to attend, change of mind after access, or perceived lack of results if the program has been accessed.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
1:1 Sessions:
Must be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the session.
Group Calls & Events:
Replays may be available, but attendance is the responsibility of the client.
No compensation is offered for missed calls unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, including course content, worksheets, videos, and tools are owned by Ash Perrow, Creative Freedom Coaching and/or PIA Evolution.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any content without written permission.
You are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
7. Use of Testimonials & Contributions
By participating, you consent to the use of your insights, feedback and participation in marketing or training content (e.g. testimonials, call excerpts, social proof).
Sensitive or identifying content will only be shared with discretion and integrity.
8. Personal Responsibility & Results
We do not guarantee results. All programs, coaching and courses are educational in nature.
Your progress depends on your own commitment, context and actions.
We encourage deep ownership and accountability throughout your journey.
9. Respectful Participation
Our spaces are inclusive, respectful and non-judgmental.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that is disruptive, harmful or in violation of our values—without refund.
10. Confidentiality
What you share in 1:1 or group settings is held in confidence.
However, you are also responsible for maintaining the privacy of others.
Sharing another participant’s identity, story, comment, or post outside the container without permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving issues in a human and respectful way.

We aim to handle all disputes promptly and fairly.
12. Legal & Liability
Our services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
We make no guarantees and accept no liability for outcomes resulting from your participation.
You agree to participate at your own discretion and risk.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. We’ll notify you of major changes by email or via the program platform.
Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any updates.
