When you come to an Ash Perrow show you open a gateway to your heart.
His captivating performances draw you in like a moth and before you know it something in you has changed. The experience is not just a consummate singer songwriter sharing his music, it’s an engaging artistic experience with depth, creativity and insight.
Ash has been bringing his weissenborn and acoustic blues-tinged folk to audiences since 2006 having done over 1000 performances solo and with ‘The Lamplights’ (2009-2013) and ‘The Brothers Calling’ (2017 – present).
He walked away from live music in 2013 and after a near death experience late in 2016 he returned to performing in 2017 with a greater understanding of mortality and the importance of sharing his musical gifts.
There are very few slide players in Australia who have achieved the level of intimacy Ash has developed with his weissenborn guiatr. Combine this with his multi-award winning songwriting and you truly have a unique experience.
